Scam Alert
We recently received a phone call from a member inquiring about an e-mail she received. She of course entered no information but wanted us to be aware in case we receive any more phone calls about this matter.
The e-mail has the term "Security Measure" in the subject line and appears to be from the National Credit Union Administration. However, the return e-mail address is pointed to a domain other than NCUA's.
The e-mail asks members to click a link and enter personal information. This is a scam. Never respond to unsolicited emails, texts or phone messages.
